The company has been manufacturing laminate tubes since 1998 as a subsidiary of STS Holding Group. The laminate tubing plant was established as an independent company in 2003 in Gabrovo. The company manufactures high quality ABL (aluminum-barrier layer) and PBL (plastic-barrier layer) foil laminate tubes with various designs, varying in capacity from 5 ml to 250 ml and diameter from 19 mm to 50 mm.

Laminate tubes are suitable for a wide range of industrial products such as:

- cosmetics and personal care products: toothpaste, hair dye, creams, conditioners, shampoos;

- food: ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, various sauces, jam and marmalade, chocolate cream;

- chemical products: cleaning products, biocides, shoe polish; technical products: glue, grease, polishing paste;

- pharmaceuticals: various analgesics and anti-septic creams and ointments;

In the middle of 2010 the company opened a workshop for technologically clean production for the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. The production is characterized by high technological complexity, requiring specialized equipment and highly qualified personnel. The used high quality aluminum laminate is from leading world manufacturers, which guarantees excellent barrier properties. The guarantee of the aesthetic appearance of the tubes is the high quality printing we offer. The design of the tubes is developed according to the client's project.

A complete service is also provided: conceptual design, prepress, printing. Available in up to 6 colors + protective lacquer on: white base (white laminate film); hologram base; natural (gray) base.Tubes are tested to ensure their ability to meet all user and regulatory requirements. Microbiological analysis in an accredited laboratory offers the components and finished products: control the shape, size and strength of the tubes produced. Due to the high quality of production, the plant successfully competes with the established manufacturers in the industry.
