The company was established in 1961, with a focus on solving complex technological problems in the mechanical engineering, electronics, food and chemical industries. Until 2000, it was a leading factory in the Balkans for melting devices for metal and PVC foil, as well as for ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

After 2000, the company shifted its activities to another aspect of the machine building industry - production of innovative technological equipment - lines for production and filling of laminate tubes.

Currently, Mechatronics AD is one of the leading innovative companies in the country and the world.
